The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of post qualification experience, strong contract negotiation skills and a background in manufacturing and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance matters
* Mange complex transactions independently
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
A qualified solicitor in Ireland with expertise in corporate governance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment is required for this role.
