About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting online demos, and closing sales. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets by engaging with potential clients via telesales, nurturing relationships, and demonstrating the value of our products/services.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries while maintaining and updating the CRM with lead interactions.
* Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
* Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations, tailoring demos to customer needs and pain points.
* Handle objections and confidently negotiate to close deals.
* Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term customers.
* Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Build long-term relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing, customer success and product teams to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years sales experience (preferably B2B).
* Proven track record in telesales, conducting online demos, and closing deals.
* Confident in conducting online product demonstrations and articulating value propositions with a customer-first approach.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with a target driven mindset
