Donegal This role is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service, strong team leadership and development, stock control and merchandising whilst delivering sales growth in-store transactions.
Branch Manager Responsibilities: Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve store targets by motivating and leading high-performing retail teams.
Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and smooth running of the shop floor.
Monitor budgets, sales performance, and expenses, analyse results, and implement actions to improve profitability.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to build a productive and customer-focused team.
Control stock management, merchandising, pricing, and promotions, using sales trends to maximise revenue and minimise waste.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
Skills / Competencies Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong numeracy and communication skills, with the ability to handle reports, sales data, and customer interactions professionally.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in stock control, pricing, and reporting.
Proven ability to organise workloads, manage time effectively, and take initiative in daily operations.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and retail systems such as POS, Share Point, and inventory management tools.
