Facilities ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial and industrial client facilities. The role includes managing hard and soft services, supervising on-site teams, coordinating vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the delivery of facilities management services, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, security, landscaping, catering, and waste management.Supervise and coordinate on-site FM staff, including technicians, cleaners, and supervisors.Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure service quality and timely delivery.Act as the primary client contact for all FM-related matters, attending meetings, reporting performance, and resolving issues.Monitor operational budgets, track KPIs, and implement cost-effective measures to improve efficiency.Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years' experience in facilities or property management, ideally with an outsourced FM provider.5+ years in a management role overseeing FM operations.Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical services.Proven leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.Proficient in MS Office; experience with FM software is advantageous.Preferred Certifications:Certified Facility Manager (CFM)IOSH / NEBOSHProject Management certification (PMP or similar)
