I'm working with a leading Irish infrastructure provider who are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to play a key role in driving new business opportunities and managing strategic commercial partnerships. If you have a proven track record in business development and contract management then this might be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic business development by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting bid and proposal development.
* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, including strong commercial proposals and business cases, to maximise business growth and market reach.
* Oversee post-contract implementation and compliance, ensuring all commercial terms are adhered to and revenue assurance activities are effectively managed.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategy, while managing a strong sales pipeline and forecasting accurate business development activity.
Experience/Requirements
* At least five years' experience in a senior business development or commercial role, ideally within telecommunications, infrastructure, energy or engineering sectors.
* Strong understanding of operational, financial, and contractual drivers, with the ability to interpret and manage complex commercial agreements.
* Skilled at presenting proposals, influencing stakeholders, and developing long-term client relationships with a proactive and collaborative approach.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities and a successful track record in negotiating commercial terms and resolving contract-related queries.
