Join Our Team as a Lifeguard!
Are you passionate about ensuring guest safety and providing exceptional service? We are excited to offer an opportunity to become a Lifeguard at our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection.
Please note: This role is offered on a casual basis and requires flexibility for mid-week and weekend shifts.
As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool and other aquatic facilities.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring swimming activities to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
* Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
* Responding promptly to emergencies and administering first aid or CPR as needed.
* Conducting routine inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
* Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and concerns.
Essential Requirements:
* Eligibility to undertake employment in Ireland.
* Valid RLSS Lifeguard certification or an equivalent recognized authority.
* CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Desirable Requirements:
* Prior experience as a lifeguard.
* Prior experience in a hotel environment.
