Jacksonstone Recruitment are partnering with a leading packaging company who are expanding their sales team. We are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to drive profitable sales growth and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain multi-level relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow business.
* Prepare targeted commercial proposals, present them effectively, and ensure thorough follow-up.
* Organize and lead multi-functional meetings with customers and internal teams to manage and develop customer accounts.
* Negotiate with customers to maximize positive outcomes for the business.
* Maintain internal sales systems, including forecasting and key account planning tools.
* Manage the total customer relationship, coordinating with internal teams (management, design, customer service, production, quality, planning, logistics) to ensure high standards of professionalism.
* Develop and manage CRM pipeline targets, progressing opportunities through the Value Selling Process in line with company objectives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar sales role.
* Experience in the packaging industry is desirable.
* Proven track record in medium- to long-cycle sales of non-commodity solutions to blue-chip customers.
* Professional presence with the ability to gain credibility with customers.
* Self-motivated, persistent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Strong analytical and logical skills.
* Excellent networking and communication abilities.
* Ability to listen to customers, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions.
* Independent working capability while maintaining clear internal communication.
* Technically literate, able to communicate professionally and deliver complete packaging system proposals.
* Proficient in standard office tools and presentation software.
