Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technologist to lead the development of integrated solutions for our bakery business in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food product development, preferably in the bakery industry, and excellent technical knowledge and operational experience across various bakery products.
About this Role
* The role involves managing technical development activities for relevant Bakery customers ensuring that all products developed are appropriate to specific applications.
* Serving as contact point for customer needs related to products and processes optimization providing specialized knowledge on Kerry technologies.
To be successful you should:
1. Hold a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Baking Science & Technology Food Science or a related field.
2. Have 8-10 years of experience in food product development preferably in the bakery industry familiarity with food safety regulations quality assurance practices skills understanding new product development process including scale up market application.
