Internal Sales Representative - Engineering Solutions Location: Dublin 12 (Office-Based, Monday-Friday 9-5 | Hybrid after 6 months) Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 + Bonus | Pension | Benefits THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established, globally recognised organisation operating within the engineering and industrial solutions space.
They supply a wide range of products and systems to sectors such as manufacturing, food & beverage and industrial environments.
With continued growth in the Irish market and strong internal progression, they are now looking to add an Internal Sales Representative to their Dublin-based team.
THE ROLE: This is a primarily office-based internal sales position where you will support both customers and the external sales team across a range of day-to-day commercial activities.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service while supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order completion.
Responsibilities will include: * Preparing and managing customer quotes * Processing orders accurately and efficiently * Handling inbound calls and email enquiries * Supporting the field sales team with administrative and sales support tasks * Managing customer relationships and ensuring excellent service levels * General office admin and coordination duties This is a structured Monday-Friday role (9-5), based full-time in the office in Dublin 12 initially, with hybrid working available (2 days WFH) after the first 6 months.
THE PERSON: The client is open on background and does not require an engineering degree.
The key requirement is previous experience in an internal sales or sales support role.
The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Excellent communication and customer-facing ability * A proactive and team-oriented approach * Experience in an industrial, technical or engineering-related environment is an advantage but not essential This role will suit someone looking for a stable, structured sales support role with flexibility after onboarding and strong long-term career prospects.
