Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors throughout projects.
2. Participate in project coordination meetings with design teams.
3. Review designs and validate equipment, pipe, and duct sizes.
4. Develop technical specifications, equipment lists, and trackers.
5. Oversee the execution of commissioning test certificates.
6. Manage mechanical-related RFIs during the construction phase.
7. Supervise drawing activities, including requests, reviews, updates to as-built status, and issuing of soft and hard copy masters.
Essential Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3+ years as a Mechanical Project Engineer.
2. Prior experience in residential and commercial project management is essential.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. In-depth understanding of M&E systems within buildings.
5. Personal Attributes: Strong team player with ability to work independently when required.
6. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proven ability to coordinate effectively on projects.
8. Other Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Building Mechanical Services Engineering is desirable.
9. A full, clean driving licence is required.
