Lead Care Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering high-quality care services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and advocates to promote person-centered care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recognised 3rd-level qualification in Nursing or Health/Social Care Division.
* Up-to-date registration with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
* Management qualification equivalent to FETAC/QQI Level 6.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles within healthcare.
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and those exhibiting behaviours of concern.
