This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression, strong site teams, and a market-leading salary.The RoleAs Site Engineer, you will be a key member of the site management team, responsible for setting out, quality control, and coordinating technical aspects of the build on a large-scale construction project.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurate setting out using GPS, Total Station, and AutoCADManaging and coordinating subcontractors on siteEnsuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standardsConducting quality checks and maintaining QA documentationLiaising with the Design Team, Project Manager, and Site ManagerSupporting junior engineers and site staff where requiredRequirementsDegree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineMinimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor in Ireland or the UKStrong technical knowledge and setting-out experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience working on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use preferred)What's on OfferCompetitive salary of €75,000 – €85,000 (DOE)Excellent benefits packageOpportunity to work with one of Ireland's top-tier contractorsLong-term career progression and exposure to flagship Dublin projects
