High-Performance Systems Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical, large-scale systems, ensuring applications remain reliable, scalable, and high-performing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, or Selenium, and a deep understanding of APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
* Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for enterprise-grade applications.
* Create, maintain, and optimize performance testing scripts and automation tools.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance bottlenecks in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
* Integrate performance testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
* Assist with diagnosing and resolving production performance issues.
* Mentor junior testers, reviewing their deliverables to ensure best practices are followed.
