About Your New Job You will provide engineering support for product and process-related activities, including: Supporting production targets for yield, capacity, throughput, and productivity Leading and supporting product transfers, process scale-up, and equipment validation activities Applying Lean principles to improve efficiency, flow, and manufacturing layout Driving continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance Developing and maintaining key manufacturing and validation documentation Full job specification available on request.
