Our client, a growing and dynamic company based in Gorey, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin, sales support, and operational coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customers, handling pricing queries, sales quotes, and contract data for processing Review existing workflows and drive operational improvements in line with company strategy Track and report on key metrics such as quote-to-sales ratios, margins, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams on systems implementations and improvement projects Support training initiatives as needed Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally and courteously Handle incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and support the management team with accurate communication Provide administrative support across various departments Produce regular reports and updates for the management team Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or sales support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy and fast-moving environment Energetic, self-motivated, and solutions-focused with a collaborative approach Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Confident in verbal and written communication This role offers the opportunity to join a friendly, high-performing team with real scope for growth and development.
