As a Senior Manager, you will deliver technology‑enabled transformations that build public trust and deliver lasting improvements across the transport sector. You will bring deep knowledge of Ireland’s public sector and political context, exceptional stakeholder leadership, and a proven record of both successful delivery in complex, infrastructure‑intensive environments and in supporting business growth.ResponsibilitiesLead, deliver and support large‑scale transport transformation programmes across government and public‑sector clients.Support Transport account growth within G&PS go‑to‑market strategies, including the identification of new opportunities and shaping proposals.Support the development and implementation of future‑state operating models, procurement strategies and operational effectiveness plans and adjacent advisory services for priority clients.Apply project management and change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives.Collaborate with clients to co‑create solutions that address complex organisational challenges.Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions to complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.Anticipate stakeholder needs, pre‑emptively developing and discussing potential solutions.Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.Ensure delivery of high‑quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.Your ProfileUniversity degree with 7+ years’ experience in management consulting or public sector roles, particularly in the Transport sector.Track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.Deep understanding of one or more of the following capabilities: Operating Model design, Public Sector Procurement, Transformation Delivery, Programme Management or Change management.Knowledge of the challenges the Transport sector is facing in the context of the wider Irish government agenda.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities.Equal Opportunity EmploymentWe are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity.
