We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic HR team supporting both clinical and non-clinical leaders across a progressive hospital environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and relationship-driven HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on operational HR in a busy and evolving setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering with leaders to drive workforce planning and people strategies
Managing complex employee relations cases with confidence and empathy
Supporting organisational change, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
Coaching managers on best practice people management
Using HR data and insights to influence decision‑making
Championing a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture
What We’re Looking For:
Degree/qualification in HR or related discipline
5+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and ER best practice
Proven experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
