The role involves collaborating closely with editorial, commercial leadership, and our sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities. The role will be client-facing, assisting sales teams in pitches and ensuring Mediahuis delivers compelling digital-led propositions.Develop and execute Mediahuis' You Tube monetisation strategy.Liaise with 'Head of Video' and 'YouTube Manager' to align editorial and commercial objectives.Leverage programmatic advertising expertise to deliver revenue growth across programmatic display, video and audio.Work closely with digital stakeholders to ensure Mediahuis' product offering is market leading and positioned effectively to all advertiserCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, proactively recommending new strategies and pilot projects to drive audience engagement and revenue growth.Support all sales functions by providing digital expertise on client pitches.Work closely with the commercial leadership team to devise a digital sales strategy for future revenue growth across the island of Ireland.Assist the 'Head of Programmatic & Sponsorship' and 'Head of Agency Sales' to deliver on key sponsorship and partnership initiativesAct as a client-facing representative to support sales teams to win businessAnalyse reporting dashboards and tools to track monetization performance and drive data-informed decisions.Actively track digital trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategyIs This You?Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, digital media, communication, or related field.7 years of experience specializing in digital media and programmatic advertising.Excellent knowledge of the Irish digital market.A strong track record of delivering digital revenue growth.Demonstrated expertise in video, display, and audio monetisation.Experience developing and delivering innovative digital propositions to advertisers.Proven client-facing experience, with a strong track record of delivering results.Proficient in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms including Google Ad Manager, YouTube Studio, DV360, and programmatic audio DSPs.Possesses strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.SkillsInnovativeStrong understanding in all areas of digitalMicrosoft Office, PP, and Excel skillsAbility to think strategically and creativelyCreative and analytical thinkingSelf-motivationKnowledge of the digital media marketStrong attention to detailResilienceOrganisational skillsTime management skillsActive listening skillsAbility to consistently achieve targets
