You will work with an expanding product portfolio that includes premium carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), engineered wood, laminate, and vinyl flooring.

Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Stay ahead of trends in the flooring market to position the company products competitively.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product recommendations and technical support.
Key requirements Proven sales experience in flooring or a related field (interiors, building products, construction materials).
A self-starter who is highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Based in or near the Munster region, with flexibility to travel as required.
