This is a key role with significant influence and a clear progression pathway to senior leadership role.Key Responsibilities· Forge and nurture lasting relationships with clients across trade and supply chain, focusing on strategic compliance· Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through targeted outreach and referrals· Lead consultative discussions, discovery sessions and compelling client presentations· Understand client challenges deeply to design and deliver tailored training and consultancy solutions· Work hand-in-hand with our (Irish, UK & US) technical consultants and internal teams to craft bespoke programmes· Monitor client outcomes, analyse trends, and suggest proactive enhancements· Drive and manage RFQs and tender processes with confidence and professionalism· Support vibrant marketing campaigns and expertise promotion initiatives· Contribute actively to our growth ambitions and success metricsIdeal Candidate· Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B services sales, client success, or business development roles· Proven track record in trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain environments· Practical experience delivering training, consultancy, or technical client support· Confident in cold calling, tender submissions, and sales presentations· Natural relationship-builder with success in winning and retaining key clients· Outstanding communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills· Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative teampassionate in learning about new and existing compliance regulations, important to the industry.· Degree in business, trade, or a related discipline· Comfortable with a solutions approach, including travel to meet clients· Based in Ireland with a full, clean driver's licence.Why join us?This role offers more than just a position — it's a unique opportunity to shape the future growth of Irish and international businesses by navigating recent complexities of trade.
