We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management at a pharma site. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll coordinate day‑to‑day operations, oversee hard and soft services, and build strong relationships with the client and stakeholders. You’ll also ensure all regulatory requirements are met, manage budgets, drive operational excellence, and take responsibility for health & safety. A strong understanding of regulated environments (cGMP & cGDP) is essential.Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.ResponsibilitiesLead all on‑site FM activities, delivering services to the highest standardsFull H&S responsibilities for all Apleona related activities and targetsFull P&L responsibility for all Apleona activities and targetsFull operational responsibilities for all Apleona activities and targetsDrive a self‑delivery model and continuously look for tactical efficienciesOversee hard and soft services, ensuring equipment is operational and compliantManage contractors, tender processes and service agreementsMonitoring all PPM and DM (reactive works) that may impact on the businessEnsure adherence to all site policies while challenging the status quo through change controlsMaintain auditable records for all maintenance activitiesBuild, lead and develop on‑site teams with a focus on succession planningProvide formal reports to clients and EMEA Program teamsSupport with ad hoc projects as neededQualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience managing facilities in regulated environmentsSolid knowledge of mechanical & electrical building services, and hard & soft FMStrong background in cGMP & cGDP environmentsExcellent financial and contract management skillsProven health & safety expertiseGreat problem‑solving, communication and people skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
