Key Responsibilities:

* Represent HR at the board level, providing guidance on employee-related matters.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head of HR or Chief People Officer.
* Proven track record of leading cultural transformation and developing talent strategies.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Relevant degree or CIPD qualification.
