Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable and experienced Business Developer to expand our market presence in Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and networking skills to develop new business opportunities and support the growth of Bonafi’s market presence in Ireland and the UK. This role requires technical aptitude and the ability to work seamlessly with software solutions. The successful candidate must share Bonafi’s core values and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector within Ireland and the UK.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Present and demonstrate Bonafi’s platform to potential clients, showcasing its benefits and features.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for achieving revenue targets and business growth.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target market.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Bonafi’s solutions.
* Utilize excellent networking skills to expand Bonafi’s influence and reach within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Leverage technical skills to effectively use and demonstrate Bonafi’s software solutions.
* Exhibit strong teamwork skills, contributing positively to Bonafi’s collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, business development, sales, or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
* Technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with software solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
* Willingness & ability to travel as needed primarily within Ireland and the UK.
* Demonstrated alignment with Bonafi’s values and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with SaaS platforms and technology solutions.
* Knowledge of GxP compliance standards.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Previous experience in a business development or sales role is a plus.
