Site Management Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of construction professionals to deliver a package of projects.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 7 years' experience in site management within a regulated engineering or construction environment.
* Experience with multi-disciplinary projects.
* Mechanical or electrical trade background required. A full driving licence is also necessary.
The Site Manager will lead the delivery of multiple projects, overseeing all phases from inception to handover. This includes project scope definition, budget planning and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role involves scope and prioritization as well as monitoring financial aspects in line with regulations.
Key responsibilities include Chairing weekly progress meetings ensuring that collaborative problem-solving skills are employed throughout the job tenure,. assisting in managing resources on-site effectively according to priority levels set by senior managers who oversee each individual's performance continuously through regular audits conducted at various stages during execution stage onwards etc..
