Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a positive experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
* Drive and surpass sales targets using in-store devices, promoting our full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
* Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety protocols.
* Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
* Keep stock levels on the shop floor well-organized and appealing.
* Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
* Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
* Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT.
* Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure stock on the shop floor is replenished and organized.
