About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our organization's human resources strategy and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage recruitment processes to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
* Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
* Support managers in implementing performance review cycles and development plans.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with Irish employment law and internal policies.
* Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS updates.
* Develop and champion initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Requirements
* Proven experience in HR, ideally within financial services or professional sectors.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
