We are seeking an IT Support Professional to join our team. As an IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This includes installing and configuring computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, including hardware and software faults.
Provide excellent customer service experience, responding to Service Desk calls in a timely manner logged on the service desk system.
Liaise with third party vendors for software/hardware installations and troubleshoot system problems.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year's experience working in an IT Support environment.
Excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing skills.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to interact with key stakeholders in a professional manner.
