We are recruiting for a Duty Manager role in Cork. * To undertake and carry out effectively all Duty Management duties to the required standard * To have a visible presence within the Hotel and ensure the smooth running of all departments whilst on duty. * To manage allocated functions /weddings / events in the Hotel * To resolve guest complaints in a friendly & efficient manner ensuring guest satisfaction at all times whilst maintaining the Hotel's reputation. Record all feedback and strategise with relevant departmental managers.
