Job Description
Radius Insurance is transforming how businesses secure what matters most. Our dedicated team of specialists works collaboratively with sole traders, SMEs and enterprise clients to assess risk, optimise cover and support customers through every stage from fact-find to claims management with clarity and integrity.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic Insurance team in Dundalk, Ireland. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goalsLead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvementConduct regular pipeline reviews and sales forecasts to ensure team targets are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the customer journeyAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvementOversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales team membersManage key client relationships and participate in high-level sales negotiations when requiredCreate and present regular performance reports to senior managementEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices in sales operationsUtilise CRM tools effectively to track sales activities, monitor performance, and generate insightsCoordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiativesStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge

QualificationsProven experience in a sales management role within insurance or financial services.Strong understanding of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use MI to drive decisions.APA qualification as a minimum (CIP preferred or working towards this).Results-oriented with a commercial mindsetStrong leadership presence and people focusHigh integrity and commitment to complianceResilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
