Main Responsibilities
Team Leadership
* Lead the reception team in providing a warm welcome to our guests.
* Foster a positive work environment and coach team members to excel in their roles.
Operational Efficiency
* Optimize OTA inventory management, rate loading, and parity in PMS and channel manager for maximum revenue.
* Set and maintain high standards for room and public area presentation through regular audits and inspections.
People Development and Compliance
* Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development among team members.
* Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, health and safety, manual handling, and GDPR regulations.
