Job Summary

This is a permanent role based in our office in Dublin 7. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Education team, coordinating and delivering efficient administration systems.

The primary responsibilities include overseeing the annual programme evaluation process, providing administrative support to Regional Coordinators, and maintaining information current for marketing and business development material.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for event organisation, research in support of business development and programme material, and providing support in maintaining CRM in terms of active accounts, risk management and onboarding/exiting.

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes is required, along with strong organisational and time management skills, fluency in English, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage a varied workload.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Irish educational system.
* Proficient knowledge in IT and database applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar.
* Knowledge of SharePoint, digital design e.g. Canva, experience managing digital/social media channels, designing, managing and distributing surveys/evaluations, and collating/designing and distributing Ezines.
