This role will report to the Property Manager and have responsibility for the smooth front of house operation of the building.Client Site: St Stephens Green, Dublin 2Front of HouseCreate a welcoming and enjoyable environment for visitors and staff who work within the building, through regular communications.Manage all couriers, post and deliveries.Complete morning set up of the kitchen and tea stations – ensure cover at reception at all times.Manage day to day issues as they arise in a professional and prompt manner.Monitor meeting room calendars in order to plan accordingly.Manage car parking requests for staff and visitors.Manage access control cards and keys for visitors, contractors and staff.Ensure that operational standards at the building meets the clients' requirements.To be vigilant to any Health, Safety and Welfare risks in the development and bring any concerns to the attention of your manager and the Kennedy Wilson Office ManagerLiaise with Building Manager and Property Manager, clients and all staff working at the building.Skills required;Fluent EnglishAt least 2/3 years' experience in corporate or similar environmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsEnergetic and motivated individualComfortable working by themselvesCandidate must have a positive outlook and be a keen problem solver.Must have a solution focused attitudeProficiency in MS Excel, Word and OutlookA team player with excellent attention to detail
