Projects are primarily based across Dublin City and the South Side, with a strong focus on high‑rise residential schemes.
If you’re motivated by complex builds, engineering precision, and seeing your work stand tall in the city, this role puts you right at the centre of it.
The Role:
Manage full MEP delivery from pre‑construction to commissioning
Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and site delivery
Ensure safe, high‑quality installation and project execution
Monitor programme progress and resolve technical issues
What you’ll need:
Degree or trade qualification in Building Services / M&E / Electrical
7+ years’ MEP coordination experience
Main contractor experience preferred (residential/commercial)
