We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial role within the civil, utilities or telecoms sectors.
* Project Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Ireland, overseeing commercial and contractual aspects.
* Budgeting and Cost Planning: They will prepare budgets, cost plans and tender documentation to ensure accurate financial control and reporting.
* Procurement and Contract Management: The Commercial Project Specialist will oversee procurement processes, subcontractor engagement and account management.
* Cost Control and Variations: They will monitor costs, variations and valuations to ensure financial stability and accuracy.
