The post holder will provide direct nursing care and support in Adult Day Services, focusing on complex care and behaviours of concern. They will also provide clinical supervision, support clinical practice, and develop/deliver bespoke training programs to ensure staff competence.Responsibilities & DutiesPlease see the full Job Description for details.Candidate RequirementsEssential CriteriaA recognized degree in General/RNID/Pediatric Nursing/Clinical Nurse Specialist.Registration with An Bord Altranais (NMBI).Postgraduate (Level 9) nursing qualification.Qualification in Behaviour Support.2 years' experience with challenging behaviour.Experience supporting staff with behaviour support plans.At least 5 years frontline experience working with individuals with disabilities and medical needs.Experience in training areas like Medication Management, PEG feeding, MAPA, Positive Behaviour Support, Epilepsy, Train the Trainer, etc.Knowledge of Enable Ireland and working in large organizations.CPD relevant to the area of work.Maintain live annual NMBI registration and confirm annually.Eligible to work in Ireland.Desirable CriteriaCertified MAPA trainer.BenefitsIncludes training opportunities, generous leave, flexible working, long service rewards, parental leave enhancements, wellbeing benefits, pension, and more.
