We are seeking to hire an IT Project Manager in our
Cork City HQ office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with our existing multi service provider (MSP) Ecko MSP.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the MSP
* Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables
* Communicate requirements, priorities, and changes to the MSP
* Monitor progress and escalate issues as needed
* Support alignment between business objectives and technical execution
* Facilitate meetings, updates, and basic reporting
* Assist with risk, dependency, and resource coordination
Candidate Profile:
* Experience managing IT projects and working with external service providers
* General understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and service delivery models
* Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
* Ability to translate business needs into high-level technical requirements
* Comfortable tracking progress, timelines, and dependencies
* Organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
* Proactive approach to issue identification and escalation
