Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive legal advice and services on all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing.

* Handle all aspects of conveyancing and probate transactions, from initial instructions through to completion.
* Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Requirements:
* A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in conveyancing, estate administration, and wills preparation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
* Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing is a significant advantage.
