Eir evo talent are seeking applications for a Service Desk Engineer. This is a 6-month day rate contract located in Dublin 8. The role is hybrid.
Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the support team that acts as the front line for IT support within the business, answering calls and emails.
* Assist with remote troubleshooting, software installations, training, and supporting customers with IT queries across the company.
* Get trained in ServiceNow, the call logging system, and ensure all calls/emails are logged, updated, and resolved according to internal SLAs and best practices.
* Experience with PC hardware and software through college or work placement is advantageous.
* Basic network experience.
* Knowledge of Windows OS.
* Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
