About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a link between data engineering and visualisation teams to maximise the use and accessibility of data across the business
* Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Enhance automated reporting with added insight that drives action and business value
* Support a culture shift towards data-informed decision making
* Help design and embed strong data management and reporting standards
* Contribute to data governance practices and ensure consistent application of analytics methodologies
* Develop and promote standardised approaches to data use and interpretation
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in SQL and strong quantitative analysis skills are essential.
