Mowlam Healthcare, with our Support Office located in Limerick City, is Ireland's largest independent provider of nursing home care, Memory Care and rehabilitation care in Ireland. As we continue to grow we are now seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Support Office team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional with at least 12 months' experience in sourcing or recruitment. The role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring strong phone communication skills, proactive follow-through, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Overview of Role:
In this exciting role for a Talent Sourcer, you will have the chance to work with our ambitious and progressive Support Office team. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with hiring managers in our 34 nursing homes/care centres nationwide to support effective and efficient hiring processes.
The primary function of this role is to proactively source, engage, and manage high-quality candidates across a variety of roles. You will support the full talent attraction and sourcing cycle, ensuring that all candidate pipelines are built, maintained and progressed in a timely and professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction & Sourcing
* Create, publish, and manage job postings across multiple job boards, social platforms and the Mowlam Healthcare website to attract high-quality talent.
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, CV databases, social media channels, referrals and talent pipelines.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles across the Group.
Screening & Interview Coordination
* Conduct efficient CV screening to identify strong matches based on job requirements.
* Carry out preliminary phone interviews to assess suitability — confident phone communication is essential.
* Schedule interviews with hiring managers and recruiters, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate journey.
Candidate Management & Communication
* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
* Manage all candidate tracking, status updates, and communication logs within Candidate Manager (ATS).
* Ensure high-volume candidate management is organised, timely and consistently professional.
Compliance & Onboarding Support
* Coordinate the full candidate compliance process, including:
o Reference gathering and validation
o Garda Vetting and overseas police clearance
o Occupational health checks
o Document collection, verification, peer review, and file transfers
* Track and review all compliance documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation to avoid delays and support smooth onboarding.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Candidate Manager to support reporting and pipeline visibility.
* Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that strengthen Mowlam Healthcare's recruitment effectiveness and employer brand.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:
* Third Level Qualification in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related discipline is preferred.
* 6 – 12 months experience in recruitment, sourcing, administration or a similar fast-paced support role is preferable.
* Excellent administration skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and multiple priorities.
* Confident and professional communicator with strong interpersonal and phone screening skills.
* Adaptable and flexible with a positive can-do attitude.
* High levels of professionalism and integrity.
* Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities while maintaining confidential information
* CIPD accreditation is desirable but not essential.
