Job Title: Controls Engineer
The position of Controls Engineer is a crucial one in the field of building automation systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing these systems to meet the needs of our customers.
We are looking for an experienced individual with strong technical background in project/construction management, mechanical, electrical or technology, and experience in BMS/EPMS controls-related fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to handle multiple tasks, and have a drive for results.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble customer needs to develop project scope and specifications.
* Manage scopes of work relative to site specifics and customer needs.
* Read and interpret specifications and implement those specifications as they apply to the work environment.
* Develop control panel BOMs.
* Prepare cable, routing plans, and schedules.
* Perform inspections, testing, and commissioning of facility systems.
* Provide technical assistance as needed to internal customers.

**Key Requirements:**
* B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, HVAC, or other related engineering degrees
