Specifically, we are looking for a Client Management Implementation Consultant as part of our growing team delivering client projects and expanding the iplanit presence internationally. For the right person, the above role represents an exciting opportunity to develop new skills and career opportunities and be part of a values-based innovation changing specialist care for the better.Based in Ireland or UK, and reporting to the head of the international Client Management team, this person will work with the growing base of Ireland and UK social care provider organisations using the iplanit platform. The activities which you will carry out will include a combination of business and systems analysis, system configuration, training design and delivery, client product knowledge support and project delivery activities.About the roleWe are open to applications from home-based workers located across Ireland or the UK. All roles will have hands on mentoring, a detailed induction programme, on the job training and access to the systems, facilities and support staff needed to excel in your position and offer a tremendous opportunity for rapid career advancement.Reporting to the Aspirico International Client Director, the iplanit Client Management Implementation Consultant will be a key member of the client facing team with a variety of responsibilities including:Analysis and documentation of client business needsConfiguration of client iplanit systems in accordance with business specificationsContent creation and delivery of standard and bespoke training to client staff teams, online and occasionally in-personSupport iplanit client management and project delivery activitiesSupport iplanit business development activities such as web briefings, demonstrations, proposals and industry events.Provide feedback to the Aspirico support, product development and marketing teams regarding the needs of UK and International market/clients.Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.Ensuring that all project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetKnowledge, Skills and Experience – Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have/be:MSc/ B.Sc. / B.Eng. or relevant Diploma/Degree in an IT related discipline, social sciences or healthcare related discipline.1-3 years' experience post qualification.Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, "hands-on" attitude.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and interact professionally.Strong business analysis, written, verbal, communications and project delivery skillsA creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution.A strong work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities.An interest in innovation/technology and familiarity with MS Office.Detail-oriented while handling multiple concurrent tasks.A self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently.Ambitious for personal growth and learning through new experience.Enjoy the challenge of building on a new and exciting business.Have a "do whatever it takes" mindset and flexibility.Comfort with occasional travel nationally/internationally where needed.Working for AspiricoWorking at Aspirico is more than a job — it's a chance to be part of a movement that's reshaping how care is delivered.
