Lead Residential and Regeneration Projects As a Development Lead, you will take on a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale residential and regeneration projects across Ireland. Reporting directly to the Head of Property, you will lead projects from early-stage concept and feasibility through to planning, procurement, and commencement of construction. 1. Lead cross-functional teams of internal professionals and external consultants to deliver complex development projects. 2. Drive commercial viability ensuring each scheme is financially sound aligned with affordability sustainability goals. 3. Develop present investment strategies securing internal approvals managing governance processes including Investment Committee Board reporting. 4. Oversee procurement design teams contractors development partners working closely with legal commercial teams negotiate finalise contracts.
