Job Title: Member Services Officer
Location: Co. Dublin, Ireland ( available to work in any of our 8 offices)
Job Type: Full-time (35 hrs per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the credit union.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to members
* Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and loan applications
* Process account transactions and maintain accurate records
* Carry out back office administration/clerical duties and other duties as required.
* Participate in company sponsored volunteer activities and other community service initiatives.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge of credit union products and services is an advantage
