HR Recruitment Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR recruitment specialist to join our organization. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage high-volume recruitment initiatives, including temporary and emergency staffing.
* Work closely with internal HR/OD business partners and hiring managers to determine recruitment processes and timelines.
* Screen applications, prepare candidate shortlists, and oversee interview scheduling and communications.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and transparent process.
* Maintain adherence to legal and policy frameworks, including data protection and recruitment regulations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or HR administration, preferably with exposure to temporary staffing.
* Proven ability to effectively manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong experience in collaborating with external agencies and senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining operational processes and documentation.
