Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Manage candidate pipelines through every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Deliver team objectives by providing a high-quality service with continuous process improvement
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience in a large enterprise setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools
