Job Overview
A key member of our operations team is required to process and manage payroll for a large number of employees.
This exciting opportunity will see you take on the responsibility of processing weekly payroll, preparing management reports, maintaining records in Payroll and Time Management systems and ensuring compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
* Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees.
* Prepare payroll and related management reports as required.
* Maintain and update records in Payroll and Time Management systems.
* Ensure full compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation.
* Provide support to the accounts department, including data entry, purchase order processing.
* Carry out general office administration; reception/telephone duties, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems.
* IPASS qualification.
* Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.
* Proactive work ethic with the ability to identify and implement solutions effectively.
