* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to individuals using our day, residential and respite services
* Work closely with line managers and assigned social care mentors to maintain high standards of performance
* Attend academic training and study in UCC/MTU
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Essential Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with minimum Grade H5 in two subjects and minimum Grade O6/H7 in the remaining four subjects
* Irish (unless exempt) and English must be included in the Leaving Certificate or equivalent
* A level 5/6 QQI FETAC qualification from those listed below with Distinctions* (i.e. 80% or greater) in 4 modules
