Job Description:
1. To provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
2. To act as the first point of contact for guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
3. To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services.
4. To maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel products, services, and facilities including room types, rates, food & beverage outlets, spa & health club offerings.
• To implement Front Office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively
• To drive quality standards through regular audits per shift ensuring Leading Hotels Quality Assurance targets are met
