Order Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Order Manager to oversee all processes related to goods inwards, monitor return consignments, and manage the recruitment, training, and performance of the team responsible for these operations.

Responsibilities:
* Goods Inwards: Oversee all aspects of goods inwards, including receiving, checking, and storing products.
* Return Consignments: Monitor and manage return consignments, ensuring accurate processing.
* Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train team members involved in fulfilment operations.
* Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance and implement coaching and feedback strategies.
* Process Improvement: Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency and ensure zero errors in operations.
* Problem-Solving: Handle problem-solving across various fulfilment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining operational flow.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Third level degree with proven experience in managing teams within a fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse environment.
* Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
* Experience: Experience in recruitment, hiring, and training employees in an operations setting. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards. Experience with fulfilment systems or software is a plus.
